Proper preparation documentation prevents poor performance
Hudu and IT Glue have both been central to my MSP documentation workflow. I built my foundation in IT Glue over several years, developing strong habits around credential management, asset documentation, SOPs, and client knowledge bases before transitioning fully to Hudu. The switch was seamless — I am fluent in both platforms and carry the same methodology forward regardless of the tool. Across both, my focus has always been building a reliable, team-wide source of truth that holds up during onboarding, troubleshooting, and live incidents.
My PSA experience spans both ConnectWise and HaloPSA, giving me a well-rounded foundation in how modern MSPs run their service operations. Three years of daily ConnectWise use built strong habits around ticket lifecycle management, workload prioritization, SLA adherence, and client-facing communication. That same discipline carried naturally into HaloPSA, where the underlying operational goals are identical even if the interface differs. Whether the platform is ConnectWise or Halo, I am equally at home managing queues, documenting resolutions, and keeping service delivery organized, accountable, and consistent from open to close.
